WGC/CMPA Independent Production Agreement (IPA) 2024-2027
The 2024-2027 IPA has come into effect as of May 22, 2024. The text of the agreement is being edited by the parties. Script Fees increased by 5% on May 22, 2024, and budget thresholds under Article C1301 for Low-Budget Television have also changed. See below for the new rate sheet and Memorandum of Agreement.
WGC/CMPA Independent Production Agreement (IPA) 2019-2022
The 2019-2022 IPA has been extended to December 31, 2023. All terms and forms in the agreement remain as below, except the Script Fees, which increased by 3% on July 1, 2022, and budget thresholds under Article C1301 for Low-Budget Television. See below for the new rate sheet.

WGC Independent Production Agreement (IPA) 2015-2017
The 2015-2017 IPA has been extended to June 30, 2019. All terms and forms in the agreement remain as below, except the Script Fees, which increased by 1% on January 1, 2018. See below for the new rate sheet.
