Article D2 - Minimum Compensation

Script Fees and Production Fees for productions with Budgets of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) or less are negotiable between the Writer and Producer.

The minimum compensation to be paid a Writer for preparing a Script in the category of Other Production shall be as follows:

15 minutes or less	$1,702
30 minutes or less	$3,402
60 minutes or less	$6,804
90 minutes or less	$10,018
120 minutes or less	$13,585
Over 120 minutes	pro-rate 4 x 30 rate

D202

The minimum compensation to be paid a Writer for preparing a written Narration for productions in this category shall not be less than fifty percent (50%) of the fees provided in D201.
