INDEPENDENT PRODUCTION AGREEMENT

("Agreement") covering FREELANCE WRITERS of THEATRICAL FILMS TELEVISION PROGRAMS and OTHER PRODUCTION between The WRITERS GUILD OF CANADA (the "Guild") and The CANADIAN FILM AND TELEVISION PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION ("CFTPA") and THE ASSOCIATION DES PRODUCTEURS DE FILMS ET DE TÉLÉVISION DU QUÉBEC ("APFTQ") (the "Associations")
January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011.
