Mediation between the CMPA and the WGC reconvened on January 25 and 26, 2024. As an update, we can share the following agreed statement:
The parties met and resumed bargaining on January 25 and 26, and some progress was made. The parties are continuing negotiations. The mediator has directed the parties to maintain the confidentiality of the process by refraining from public comments on the status and content of negotiations.
