Please be advised that money owed to the writers on the Missing Writers list will forfeit to the WGC when the names have been listed on the website and the money is unclaimed for three years. For example, money held for the names listed since November 2025 would forfeit to the WGC as of the end of November 2028. The money for writers on this list forfeits to the WGC either when we cannot locate writers or located writers (or their estates) do not respond to or provide the WGC with sufficient information or documentation to make payment.
