Seventy-five percent (75%) of Animation Story Editors Gross Fees are subject to the payments and deductions set out in this Article. Commencing January 1, 2005, one hundred percent (100%) of Animation Story Editors Gross Fees are subject to the payments and deductions set out in this Article. |

Insurance
The Producer shall contribute an amount equal to four percent (4%) of the Gross Fees of each Animation Writer and Animation Story Editor who is a Guild member for insurance benefits. |

Retirement Plan
The Producer shall contribute an amount equal to six percent (6%) of the Gross Fees of each Animation Writer and Animation Story Editor who is a Guild member for retirement benefits. |

Deduction From Animation Writers Fees Retirement Plan
The Producer shall deduct for retirement purposes, from the Gross Fees earned by each Animation Writer and Animation Story Editor three percent (3%) of such Gross Fees. |

Deduction from Animation Writers Fees Guild Dues
The Producer shall deduct two percent (2%) of the Gross Fees paid to any Animation Writer or Animation Story Editor who is a member of the Guild. |

All contributions and Animation Writer deductions for the Insurance and Retirement plan, made pursuant to this Article shall be made payable to the agent or broker mutually agreed upon by the parties to this Section. Deductions from Animation Writers Fees for Guild Dues shall be made payable to the Guild. All payments shall be sent to the Guild office, and shall be payable monthly on or before the 15th of the month following the earning of such fees. |

All deductions required by this Article will be remitted with information on the Animation Writer and Animation Story Editor, the contract, the services contracted, and such other information as may be agreed upon from time by the parties hereto.
