Notify Us Of Contract Signing/Delivery
In order to encourage producers to pay writers in accordance with the collective agreement the Guild requires your assistance in completing the following form. Forwarding the form to the Guild will enable us to monitor producer compliance with the IPA for all writers who have signed contracts or delivered material. This will also enable us to ensure payment of your insurance and retirement contributions. This form is required each time a writer signs a contract or delivers material.

Writers contracted under the Independent Production Agreement are to receive a signing fee upon execution of their contract and payment upon delivery of their material:
| Article A1101 | Upon receipt of materials as scheduled in the Writer's contract, the Producer shall pay all sums due to the Writer within fifteen (15) calendar days and no payment shall be contingent upon the acceptance or approval by the Producer of the Writer's material. |
