Diverse Screenwriters Program Current Participants

Introducing the screenwriters of the Western Canada session of the Bell Media Diverse Screenwriters Program....

The above screenwriters participated in a week-long workshop in Vancouver (December 5th to 9th, 2011) led by screenwriter Chuck Lazer. The members of the group are now working in their mentorship stage. One screenwriter from the group will be selected, based on material submitted at the end of the mentorship, for a paid internship in the writing room of a Bell Media series.

Congratulations to the eight screenwriters selected for the eastern Canada session of the Bell Media Diverse Screenwriters Program. The eight talented screenwriters are (in alphabetical order):

Half of the selected screenwriters are from outside Toronto. And all will participate in an one-week intensive workshop in Toronto from April 16 to 20, 2012.
