Membership Incentive for Animation Writers!
The Guild is offering a limited-time incentive to animation writers. Under this incentive, any Canadian-resident writer with at least two animation contracts signed within the last year with a Canadian producer is eligible to join the Writers Guild of Canada. As part of this offer, the Guild will waive the $350 initiation fee for those qualified writers. During this incentive, the Guild will also waive the initiation fee for any writer who qualifies for membership with an animation contract signed within the previous two years, under any WGC collective agreement.
This offer is available until December 31, 2010.

The Guild is offering a limited-time incentive to feature film writers. Under this incentive, any Canadian-resident writer with at least one feature film contract signed within the last two years with a Canadian producer is eligible to join the Writers Guild of Canada. As part of this offer, the Guild will waive the $350 initiation fee for those qualified writers. During this incentive the Guild will also waive the initiation fee for any writer who qualifies for membership with a feature film contract signed within the previous two years, under any WGC collective agreement.

Join the WGC today!
As part of a limited-time membership incentive, all Canadian-resident documentary and magazine writers who have two documentary and/or magazine contracts, or a combination of the two, signed within the last year with a Canadian producer will be qualified for membership in the Writers Guild of Canada. As part of this offer, the Guild will waive the $350 initiation fee for those qualified writers. During this incentive the Guild will also waive the initiation fee for any writer who qualifies for membership with a documentary or magazine contract signed within the previous two years, under any WGC collective agreement.
