ARTICLE D2 – MINIMUM COMPENSATION

Script Fees and Production Fees for productions with Budgets of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) or less are negotiable between the Writer and Producer.

The minimum compensation to be paid a Writer for preparing a Script in the category of Other Production shall be as follows:

D202

The minimum compensation to be paid a Writer for preparing a written Narration for productions in this category shall not be less than fifty percent (50%) of the fees provided in D201.
