The Writer(s) of a Feature Film shall be paid at least the minimum compensation set out below:

A Feature Film Script may be contracted:
- as an existing Script;
- as a complete Script with or without right of termination;
- as a Script from an existing Treatment, with or without right of termination;
- as the following single element or components of Script: Treatment, Rewrite, Polish, Narration.

When the Producer contracts for a complete Feature Film Script, with or without the right of termination, the Script Fee shall be paid as follows: |
| i) on signing of the contract |
15% |
| ii) on delivery of the Treatment |
25% |
| iii) on delivery of the First Draft Script |

| iv) on delivery of the Second Draft Script |

When the Producer contracts for a Feature Film Script based on an existing Treatment, with or without the right of termination, the Script Fee shall be allocated and paid as follows:

When the Producer contracts for a single element or component of a Feature Film Script, the Script Fee shall be allocated and paid as follows: |
