Why Should I Tell The WGC About My Digital Projects?

Even if you’re not a member of the WGC, you’re a Canadian digital screenwriter!

Telling us about what you’re doing allows us to get a better picture of the digital industry in Canada. That means that we can have more complete and relevant information when we go into collective bargaining, and advocacy; when we speak before government committees; and at festivals and conferences.  It also offers you, as the digital screenwriter, a voice in Canada.

Better yet, it means that you can come and work with us as we lobby, negotiate, and represent the digital screenwriters in the press, on the internet, at festivals and events, and to the world.

Filing a non-member contract with the WGC is easy, too, and makes sure that when the WGC has new policy and industry news to share, you are kept in the loop!
